Background

A Flight Operation Officer Training, developed to enhance the participants to directly contribute for safety and reliability of flight operations. The acquired skills will improve the applicants ability to analyze and evaluate operational problems, maximize the ability of using all resources available for flight operation preparations, thereby improving their judgment and decision making skills.

Objective

Upon completion of this course the participants will be qualified able : To applu concepts learned in DRM training in the performance of their duties and responsibilities To develop awareness of good versus poor performance, to accept the need for supportive and co-operative interrelationship between flight dispatcher and crew members
