PT Pelita Air Service Announces New President Director and President Commissioner
Jakarta, 12 April 2022 - PT Pelita Air Service officially announces today a new leader, Dendy Kurniawan as President Director, PT Pelita Air Service. He is mandated to be responsible for managing all operational activities of PT Pelita Air Service and overseeing the implementation of business strategy to continue to grow. Dendy Kurniawan's inauguration of President Director of PT Pelita Air Service took place on April 8, 2022 virtually by the HR Director of PT Pertamina (Persero), M Erry Sugiharto as the management of the parent company. Dendy is trusted for his experience and achievements in leading one of the aviation service industry in Indonesia for the last eight years.
“We are happy to welcome Mr. Dendy Kurniawan's arrival to become part of PT Pelita Air Service. He has proven track record in developing strategy and innovation in leading aviation industry. I am confident that he will lead PT Pelita Air Service to achieve higher success and to bring good name of PT Pelita Air Service in the national aviation arena,” said Muhammad S. Fauzani, Director of Finance and General Affairs of PT Pelita Air Service.

With the joining of Dendy Kurniawan, currently the composition of Board of Director of PT Pelita Air Service are Dendy Kurniawan as President Director, Muhammad S. Fauzani as Finance and General Director, and Affan Hidayat as Production Director.
On the same occasion, PT Pertamina (Persero) as the parent company of PT Pelita Air Service, also determined the composition of the Board of Commissioners, which was held by Rachmat Kaimuddin as President Commissioner, Michael F. Umbas as Commissioner, and Marsma Mohammad Tony Harjono as Commissioner.
With the new composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners, Pelita Air hopes to be able to develop its integrated business, covering charter flights, scheduled commercial flights and aviation services.
