Rates / Fees

Rate & Fee

General

Travel costs apply only for carriage from the airport at the place of origin to the airport at the destination, unless expressly stipulated otherwise. Travel costs do not include ground transportation services between airports and between airports and city terminals (multimodal), unless expressly stated otherwise by us. The cost of your trip will be calculated according to our fare in effect on the date of payment of your ticket for travel on that particular date and the itinerary indicated therein. If you change your itinerary or the date of your trip, this may change the cost of the trip that must be paid.

Applicable Travel Fees

The applicable fare is the fare issued by or on our behalf, if not published, constructed in accordance with the Carrier's Regulations. Subject to Government requirements and Carrier Regulations, the applicable fare is the fare for the flight or flights valid on the commencement date of carriage covered by the first flight coupon of the Ticket as indicated for the first flight section of the itinerary. When the amount received is not the applicable fare, the difference must be paid by the passenger prior to travel or, as the case may be, refunded, in accordance with the Carrier's Regulations.

Baby / Infant

Fees for infants aged between 21 (twenty one) days to under two years (24 months) on the date of travel are specified in the fee schedule. Infants can travel provided that they must sit on an adult's lap. Only 1 (one) baby is allowed for every 1 (one) adult, with a maximum baby weight of 15 (fifteen) kg, and passengers are required to bring official documents such as a birth certificate, family card, or passport stating the date of birth of the baby. Strollers are not allowed on board the aircraft. The maximum number of babies on board the aircraft is 10% of the seat capacity and the seating arrangement is determined by us.

Government Taxes, Insurance Fees and Surcharges

Any government taxes, fees, or insurance surcharges imposed on travel by air by governments, relevant authorities, or airport operators in connection with the use of our services or facilities will be in addition to our travel expenses, administration fees, and costs and must be borne by you, unless we expressly state otherwise. When purchasing a ticket, you will be notified of any taxes, fees, or insurance surcharges that are not included in the cost of travel, most of which are usually indicated separately on the ticket. Government taxes, fees, or insurance surcharges imposed on air travel are subject to change and may be imposed even after the date on which your booking has been confirmed. You are required to pay if there is an increase in such charges. You must also bear any government taxes, fees, or insurance surcharges when disembarking before departure. Please refer to our fee schedule for the amount of taxes, fees, or insurance surcharges.

We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the itinerary or publication of other schedules, or for statements made by our employees, agents, or representatives regarding the date or time of departure or arrival or the operation of any flight.

Delays, Cancellations, Schedule Changes

At any time after the booking has been made, we may change our schedule and/or cancel, terminate, divert, postpone, reschedule, or suspend any flight which in our reasonable discretion is justified due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to bad weather, traffic control delays, safety reasons, or operational reasons.
