Ticket Refund Policy
The following are the policy if a passenger voluntary cancels a ticket:
For Refund Request submitted by passengers above 72 hours before the scheduled departure get a refund of at least 75 percent of the basic fare.
For Refund Request submitted by passengers within 72 - 48 hours before the scheduled departure get a refund of at least 50 percent of the basic fare.
For Refund Request submitted by passengers within 48 - 24 hours before the scheduled departure get a refund of at least 40 percent of the basic fare.
For Refund Request submitted by passengers within 24 - 12 hours before the scheduled departure get a refund of at least 30 percent of the basic fare.
For Refund Request submitted by passengers within 12 - 4 hours before the scheduled departure get a refund of at least 20 percent of the basic fare.
For Refund Request submitted by passengers under 4 hours before the scheduled departure get a refund of at least 10 percent of the basic fare and/or in accordance with the policies of Pelita Air Service.
