Domestic regulatory agreement terms

  1. As set forth in this contract “ticket” means this passenger ticket with baggage check receipt, or this itinerary/receipt if any in connection with an electronic ticket, of which these terms and notices form a part, “Carriage” is the same as “transportation”, “Carrier” means PT Pelita Air Service (Pelita Air) which carries or is obliged to carry the passengers or their baggage referred to here or perform other services related to the air transportation, “electronic ticket” means the itinerary/receipt that issued by or on behalf of the Carrier, an Electronic Coupon and, if available, a document for boarding the aircraft, the “Montreal Convention 1999” means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Regulations Relating to International Carriage by Air signed in Montreal, 28 May 1999, or the said Convention amended in Thirty-ninth Session at Montreal on 1 October 2016.

  2. The carriage referred to in this agreement is subject to the rules and limitations regarding liability provided for by the Montreal Convention 1999, unless the carriage is not “International Carriage” as defined by that Convention.

  3. To the extent not contrary to the foregoing provisions, carriage and other services performed by the Carrier are subject to: (i) the conditions contained in the ticket; (ii) applicable rates; (iii) the Carrier's conditions of carriage and related regulations which form part of these provisions (and are available on application at the Carrier's offices), except for transportation between a territory of the United States of America or Canada and another territory outside of which tariffs apply. in implementing countries.

  4. The name of the Carrier, and the name of any other carrier with which you are traveling, may be abbreviated in the ticket, the full name and such abbreviations being regulated in the Carrier's fares, conditions of carriage, regulations or Carrier's schedule; The Carrier's address is the departure airport displayed opposite the first abbreviation of the Carrier's name on the ticket; the approved stopping place is the place specified in this ticket or as indicated in the Carrier's schedule as the scheduled stopping place on the passenger route; the carriage to be performed herein by several successive carriers shall be deemed to be a single operation.Air carrier that issues a ticket for transportation that passes through other air carriers, then in doing so he is only its agent.   5. Any exclusion or limitation of liability of the Carrier, or of any other carrier with which you are traveling, shall apply to and in the interests of our agents, employees and representatives, or such other carrier, and shall also apply to the benefit of any party whose aircraft is used. by such Carrier or other carriers and against agents, employees and representatives of such parties.

  6. Checked baggage will be handed over to baggage carriers who have baggage inspection documents, in the event of damage to baggage moving in international transportation, a complaint must be submitted in writing to the Carrier immediately upon discovery of the damage and, at the latest, within seven (7) days since receipt; in case of delay, the complaint must be submitted within twenty-one (21) days from the date the baggage was delivered. If no complaints are made within the above-mentioned period, no action will be borne by the Carrier. See fare conditions or conditions of carriage regarding non-international transportation.

  7. This ticket can be used for carriage for ninety days (90 days) provided that it can be extended for a maximum of thirty days (30 days) after the expiry date of the ticket validity from the date of departure, unless otherwise provided for in this ticket, in the Carrier's fare. , conditions of carriage, or related regulations. The cost of transportation here is subject to change prior to the execution of the carriage. The carrier may refuse carriage if the applicable fees have not been paid.

  8. Information regarding terms and conditions including Reschedule, Reroute, Refund, Change name will be different, and will follow fare rules for each ticket price class purchased by passengers and can be downloaded via http://www.pelita-air.com/farerules

  9. We undertake in all our best efforts to transport passengers and baggage with reasonable departures. The times indicated in the schedule or elsewhere are not guaranteed and do not form part of this contract. The Carrier may, without notice, change to an alternative carriage or aircraft, and may change or omit the stop indicated on the ticket if necessary. Schedule is subject to change at any time with prior notice. The carrier will be responsible for the connecting flight in this case if the connecting pilot uses the Pelita Air airline.

  10. Connecting flights have 3 definitions, namely transit, transfer and stop over. With the following definitions:

    “Transit” means the process of stopping at an airport within a period of less than 24 hours to continue a flight with the same aircraft using one flight number (flight number).


    “Transfer” means the process of stopping at an airport within a period of less than 24 hours to continue the flight with a different aircraft and flight number, both using Pelita Air airlines and other airlines that have operational cooperation with Pelita Air.


    “Stop Over” means the process of stopping at an airport for a period of more than 24 hours, and continuing the flight to the final destination airport using the same flight number and/or different flight number using Pelita Air and/or other airlines that have work the same as the Water Lamp. Stop over is not allowed for more than 72 hours.


    Transit, transfer, and stop over passengers are required to comply with the travel requirements from the government of the originating airport, stopover airport, and destination airport.

  11. Passengers are required to comply with the travel requirements of the local Government, show entry and exit documents and other documents and be present at the airport at the time determined by the Carrier or, if there is no specified time, then be required to arrive early to complete the departure procedure.

  12. Neither agent, employee or representative of us, nor any other carrier with which you are traveling, has the authority to change, modify or waive the terms contained in this ticket, these Conditions of Carriage and our General Conditions of Carriage, or of any other carrier with which you travel.


CARRIER HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE CARRIAGE TO ANY PERSON WHO OBTAINS A TICKET BY VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAW, CARRIER'S RATE, AND RULES AND REGULATIONS.
